2. Order Processing & Handling
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date or offer alternative options.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S.
- Shipping costs for orders below $100 will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Expedited and Express shipping rates vary depending on the shipping address and selected method.
4. Order Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after shipment.

- Signature Requirement: Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
- Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. HeaterToxicFix is not liable for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
- Missed Deliveries: If a package is undeliverable due to customer absence, carriers may leave a notice for redelivery or require pickup at a local facility.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is significantly delayed, please check the tracking link or contact our support team.
- If an item arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- If an order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund based on the outcome.

- The recipient is responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, and fees as required by their country’s regulations.
